The Municipality of Kyrenia organizes the Olive Festival in the village of Zeytinlik, in order to promote and encourage olive production and also increase tourism potential of Girne. This annual festival features Cypriot and Turkish dancing, costumed parades, flags from around the world and plenty to eat and drink.

Friday, October 2nd
4pm. Procession from Ramadan Cemil Square, Kyrenia.
6pm. Official Opening, Zeytinlik village square.
7.30pm. Folklore dance performances, Zeytinlik village square.
8pm. Cypress Classica concert. Kyrenia Amphitheatre.

Saturday, October 3rd
9.30am. Shooting competition. Kyrenia shooting club.
4.30pm. Polish and Dutch folk dancing. Ramadan Cemil Square, Kyrenia.
6.30pm. Polish and Dutch folk dancing. Zeytinlik village square.
7pm. Silenced Theatre (Italy). Zeytinlik village square.

Sunday, October 4th
12 midday. Feast day with olive dishes. Competition for hotels. As well as the competition, there will be food stands.GAU.

7.30pm. Darts competition. Kyrenia Darts Association building.
