ALTO Vividus is a premium, single varietal, aromatic and fruity oil at the robust end of the spectrum. Well balanced with persistent flavour.
ALTO Robust is a blend with full flavoured fruit characteristics and a balanced bitterness & pungency.
ALTO Delicate is a blend with mild flavoured fruit characters and a subtle pungency.
ALTO Pro is a blend with a very mild yet fresh aroma, and a subdued fruit flavour specifically designed for food service to be used in all cooking styles.
ALTO EVOOs can be used in many ways. For beautiful salad dressings, dips, cold emulsions, sauces, in baking, roasting, gently frying, Barbequeing, just dipping some lovely crusty bread in to it, finishing dishes with it, even making cakes and ice cream with it.
ALTO EVOOs go with all meats, any seafood and every vegetable.
The ALTO estate comprises 15,000 olive trees of different European origin varieties, each chosen for particular attributes – suitability to the climate, oil yield, quality and consistency. The varieties cultivated include Arbequina, Barnea, Black Italian, Coreggiola, Frantoio, Hardy’s Mammoth, Kalamata, Koroneiki, Leccino, Manzanilla, Minerva, Pendolino & Volos. Each season the olive crop is carefully harvested and sorted to produce ALTO Extra Virgin Oils and ALTO Table Olives according to the standards set by the Australian Olive Association (AOA).
ALTO Olives is a signatory to the Australian Olive Association Code of Practice and all ALTO products carry the AOA quality trademark, and HACCP and Olive Care Food Safety Certification.
