Tasting Notes and Food Pairings:
A round, full, sometimes creamy, grassy taste. Sharp in the first months, after 10 months a jewel! Even almost 2 years still a wonderful taste.

DENDRES started in 1999 with some small olive groves on the island of Crete.
Recultivating and reshaping the trees to a healthy condition.
Organic farming, no use of poison.
Production Methods:
We harvest by hand, bringing the crop to a mill where we press the same day or after.
Our oil is not filtered, just let them calm down for 2 months, than the oil is clear and ready for bottling.
