Since many generation, Mezghani family are planting, taking care and cultivating olive trees in their Lands in south of Tunisia in the famous region worldwide known by its olive quality.
In 1911 they have officially inaugurated their first Oil Manufacture and since that time they are producing an Extra Virgin Oilve Oil with respect to the Environment and 100% Biological.
Olive Trees are planted spaced of 24 meters between each others.
They are only watered by rain.
There is no addition of any fertilizers or insecticides.
Harvest is done manually from November to January.
They are transported immediately to the mill in plastic boxes.
Olives are washed then processed.
First cold pressed (without heating or water).
Oil is stored in Alimentary tanks then bottled.
