Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picual Variety). Full-bodied, a yellowish green, with a fresh fruity green high intensity. Presents a fresh aroma and a nice green grass smell fig leaf. Sleek and nuances that stand above others as the tomato. Being a mountain picual, traditional style, has tempered the bitterness and itching appear well proportioned and balanced. Among its features the best quality is its high resistance to rancidity, due to the significant amount of vitamin E contained.

The olives have been harvested in November 2011. They come pre-selected olive trees, only branches that have been specially-milled at room temperature, for the preparation of the product selected, exquisite making it a true delicacy.
