Lucore Dai Poggi By Lucore

Lucore Dai Poggi | Olive Oil Times

    Tasting Notes and Food Pairings:

Lucore Dai Poggi has a clear and intense green color, a floral and buttery aroma with hints of hazelnut. There is also a large dose of fresh cut grass and flowers.

Taste is intensively grassy with a marked bitterness. In the aftertaste, a rich peppery grows slowly still preserving a creamy texture. An olive oil that begins elegant and then grows to great effect.

Compatible with tasty food, bread and fine vegetables.

    Company History:

Since 1939 our family has produced high quality extra virgin olive oil in Tuscany. Respect for the territory, devotion to the profession and valuable experience has passed from one generation to the next thus creating a harmonious blend of past and present.

In 2012 we assumed the mission of becoming the fourth generation to carry on this family tradition whilst boosting the business with somewhat more of a contemporary and dynamic feel. With the on field expertise of Nicola’s father Gabriele we developed our signature product Lucore “Dai Poggi”, a savoury and balanced extra virgin olive oil from the province of Siena. As an extension of a great product we present “Dai Poggi” in an elegant bottle designed to preserve and accentuate its high quality.

Our goal is to treat your palate with a product that is complex in its own simplicity, easy to appreciate and that call forth your culinary creativity.
