Production Methods:

Extra virgin oil obtained from centennial olive groves as the ones from Peña Escrita and Plantío del Molino, strictly keeping the traditional methods of growth and selection, obtained mainly from the first frehs olives of a new crops, first cold press, and with the certified quality Valle de Alcudia.
