- We use a Sigma harvestor and we have are own processing facility on the grove.
- We use a Pieralisi Major 1 ‘special continuous olive oil extraction plant with cool extraction below 27 degrees centigrade.
- Our oil is kept under nitrogen and in stainless steel tanks.
- Jayne blends all the oils as she is very particular about fruit balance and harmony!
