    Tasting Notes and Food Pairings:

    Our customers have found our EVOO complements roasted vegetables, shrimp,
    fish and fresh salad. It is excellent as a dip with artisan breads. Especially with homemade
    Kalamata olive bread! We love it on popcorn!

    Company History:

    San Miguel Olive Farm is located in the rolling hills of California’s Central Coast, in the town of San Miguel.

    We are artisan olive growers of 5 Tuscan varietals.

    We have been honored to receive top awards for our first two harvests in 2010 and 2011.

    We have 1200 trees, planted on 10 acres.

    We are a family owned farm.

    Production Methods:

    Hand harvested. Milled locally within hours after harvest, using two phase integrated cold-press method.
