This symposium will be the largest event ever dedicated to super-high-density (SHD) olive production. Learn the best-available information from university and industry leaders about cost-effectively growing this crop. The symposium will be presented at the beautiful new UC Davis Conference Center.
In existence in California for just more than a decade, SHD olive production is driving the growth of olive oil in California. More than 80 percent of olive oil acreage is in the SHD system. This year California will surpass France in olive oil production for the first time. Find out more about SHD olive production at UC Davis.
