Aceites Oro Bailen Galgon 99, a renowned olive oil pro­ducer from Spain, has achieved sig­nif­i­cant recog­ni­tion at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, secur­ing mul­ti­ple Gold Awards for its excep­tional prod­ucts. The fam­ily-run com­pany, known for its com­pre­hen­sive pro­duc­tion process ensur­ing full trace­abil­ity from fruit for­ma­tion to final pack­ag­ing, has been awarded for sev­eral of its extra vir­gin olive oils.

The award-win­ning entries include Oro Bailen Frantoio, which impressed judges with its com­plex fruity aro­mas fea­tur­ing green apple, kiwi, almond, pin­ions, arugula leaf, and cypress, com­ple­mented by a toasted touch. The Oro Bailen Picual, pro­duced in the province of Jaén, Spain, also received a Gold Award, as did the Oro Bailen Arbequina, another prod­uct from the same region.

Additionally, the Oro Bailen Hojiblanca was rec­og­nized for its medium-high fruity green pro­file with ripe notes of fresh fruits. The Oro Bailen Picual Bio, an organic vari­ant, stood out with its bright green color and intense fruity fla­vor of fresh olives.

These acco­lades high­light the Galvez Gonzalez fam­i­ly’s ded­i­ca­tion to pro­duc­ing high-qual­ity olive oils, inte­grat­ing var­i­ous pro­duc­tion phases to main­tain excel­lence. The awards under­score the com­pa­ny’s com­mit­ment to qual­ity and inno­va­tion in the olive oil indus­try.
