The competition, recognized as one of the most prestigious in the olive oil industry, highlights the quality and craftsmanship of Brassica’s product.
Located near the village of Momjan in Croatian Istria, Brassica’s organic olive grove was established in 2008. From its inception, the cultivation has been certified organic, ensuring the production of high-quality olive oil.
Brassica produces around 500 liters of extra virgin olive oil annually, marketed under the brand name Červar. The award-winning Červar Organic is crafted from a blend of these native varieties, showcasing the unique characteristics of Istrian olives.
