Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio, a renowned olive oil pro­ducer from Italy, has secured three Gold Awards at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The awards were given for their entries: Vubia, Harvest by Night, and Tremilaolive Monocultivar Borgiona.

The Vubia, a blend of care­fully selected olives from their grove, was rec­og­nized with a Gold Award. Harvest by Night, fea­tur­ing the Frantoio cul­ti­var, also received a Gold Award, noted for its unique har­vest­ing process that begins as night falls. Additionally, the Tremilaolive Monocultivar Borgiona, known for its veg­e­tal scent and tomato leaf aroma, was awarded Gold.

Lorenzo Fasola Bologna, the owner of Castello Monte Vibiano, empha­sizes the impor­tance of qual­ity raw mate­ri­als and envi­ron­men­tal care in their pro­duc­tion process. The World Olive Oil Competition is the most pres­ti­gious qual­ity con­test in the olive oil indus­try, high­light­ing excel­lence in olive oil pro­duc­tion world­wide.
