Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio, a renowned olive oil pro­ducer from Italy, has achieved sig­nif­i­cant recog­ni­tion at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The pro­ducer, under the own­er­ship of Lorenzo Fasola Bologna, secured three Gold Awards for its out­stand­ing olive oils.

The win­ning entries include ​‘Vubia’, a blend that is the result of the care­ful selec­tion of the grove’s best olives. Another Gold Award was given to ​‘Harvest by Night’, which fea­tures the Frantoio cul­ti­var and is noted for its unique har­vest­ing process that begins as night falls. Additionally, ​‘Tremilaolive Monocultivar Borgiona’ received a Gold Award, rec­og­nized for its Borgiona vari­ety oil that car­ries a dis­tinct veg­e­tal scent with a tomato leaf aroma.
