The NYIOOC, known as one of the most presÂtiÂgious olive oil comÂpeÂtiÂtions globÂally, evalÂuÂates entries from proÂducÂers worldÂwide. Coccinella​’s winÂning entry, the Oleavia South Aegean Special, is crafted by blendÂing oils from three disÂtinct sinÂgle-estate farms. Two of these farms culÂtiÂvate Memecik olives, while the third feaÂtures Ayvalik olives.
