Fattoria Ambrosio 1938 has been rec­og­nized at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, receiv­ing a Gold Award for its Chic Italia Premium White extra vir­gin olive oil.

The pro­ducer, based in Italy, has a long his­tory dat­ing back to 1938. Fattoria Ambrosio 1938 is sit­u­ated within the Cilento National Park and oper­ates 30 hectares of olive groves. The farm is known for its com­mit­ment to main­tain­ing the rural tra­di­tions of the Cilento region.

Chic Italia Premium White is crafted from the Favolosa cul­ti­var. The extra vir­gin olive oil is pro­duced using select olive trees and pressed under state-of-the-art con­di­tions.

Fattoria Ambrosio 1938 con­tin­ues to focus on offer­ing exclu­sive extra vir­gin olive oil by care­fully man­ag­ing each phase of pro­duc­tion.
