Green Amour Wins Gold Award at 2025 NYIOOC

Green Amour, a Turkish olive oil pro­ducer, has been awarded a Gold Award at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The com­pe­ti­tion is a sig­nif­i­cant event in the olive oil indus­try, rec­og­niz­ing high-qual­ity olive oils from around the world.

The win­ning entry, Green Amour Trilye, is pro­duced from Trilye olives har­vested in November and December 2024 in Salihli, Manisa. This extra vir­gin olive oil is cold-pressed, a method that helps main­tain the oil’s qual­ity and fla­vor.

Green Amour is oper­ated by the ÖzdoÄŸan fam­ily, who man­age 23,000 olive trees on 600 acres in Salihli, Manisa. The land’s unique char­ac­ter­is­tics, includ­ing its slight slope, sum­mer winds, and prox­im­ity to a lake, con­tribute to opti­mal olive cul­ti­va­tion con­di­tions. The fam­ily com­bines tech­no­log­i­cal and dig­i­tal agri­cul­tural prac­tices with nat­ural agri­cul­ture to ensure sus­tain­able pro­duc­tion processes.

The win­ning brands are pre­sented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
