Slovenian pro­ducer Lisjak has been awarded a Gold Award at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for their Hofer Gourmet extra vir­gin olive oil. This recog­ni­tion high­lights the qual­ity of Lisjak’s olive oil pro­duc­tion in Slovenian Istria.

The Hofer Gourmet extra vir­gin olive oil is noted for being care­fully crafted and cold pressed from select olives. This metic­u­lous process con­tributes to its high qual­ity, as acknowl­edged by the com­pe­ti­tion’s judges.

In addi­tion to olive oil, Lisjak is involved in the pro­duc­tion of wine, cos­met­ics, and wooden kitchen prod­ucts. The com­pa­ny’s diverse range of prod­ucts show­cases their com­mit­ment to qual­ity across dif­fer­ent sec­tors.
