Noor Fès, a Moroccan olive oil pro­ducer, has been awarded a Gold Award at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The acco­lade was given for their organic extra vir­gin olive oil, Noor Fès Picholine, which is crafted from the Picholine cul­ti­var. Noor Fès is known for its com­mit­ment to tra­di­tional meth­ods, with the olive oil being farmed, hand-har­vested, milled, and bot­tled exclu­sively on their estate in Fes, Morocco. The NYIOOC is the most pres­ti­gious com­pe­ti­tion in the olive oil indus­try, rec­og­niz­ing excel­lence in olive oil pro­duc­tion world­wide. Noor Fès’s recog­ni­tion at the World Olive Oil Competition high­lights the qual­ity and ded­i­ca­tion involved in their pro­duc­tion process.
