Pompeian, a renowned olive oil pro­ducer based in the United States, has been rec­og­nized with three Gold Awards at the New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC). The awards were given for Pompeian Arbequina, Pompeian Early Harvest, and Pompeian Estate, all of which are high-qual­ity extra vir­gin olive oils crafted by Pompeian’s fam­ily of olive farm­ers and crafts­men.

Pompeian, estab­lished in 1906, has a long-stand­ing tra­di­tion of pro­duc­ing pre­mium olive oils. The com­pany is noted for its com­mit­ment to sus­tain­able prac­tices, being the only olive oil brand glob­ally to achieve the Sustainably Grown Certification. This cer­ti­fi­ca­tion under­scores Pompeian’s ded­i­ca­tion to envi­ron­men­tal stew­ard­ship, start­ing with their Sunrise Olive Ranch in California, which was cer­ti­fied in 2022.

The awarded oils include the Pompeian Arbequina, a mono­va­ri­etal extra vir­gin olive oil, and the Pompeian Early Harvest and Pompeian Estate, both crafted from care­fully selected olives. These acco­lades at the NYIOOC high­light Pompeian’s ongo­ing com­mit­ment to qual­ity and sus­tain­abil­ity in olive oil pro­duc­tion.
