Recent News

Societa Agricola Sergio Delle Monache, a renowned Italian producer, has been awarded two Gold Awards at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The company, which has been dedicated to producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil for nearly a century, received accolades for its Tamia Caninese Organic and Tamia Gold Organic oils.

The Tamia Caninese Organic, crafted from 100-percent organic Caninese olives native to the Viterbo area, was recognized for its quality in the organic category. Meanwhile, the Tamia Gold Organic, a blend known for its high concentration of bioactive polyphenols, was also awarded Gold. These polyphenols are essential for enhancing the oil’s aromas.

The World Olive Oil Competition is the most prestigious quality contest in the olive oil industry, attracting entries from producers worldwide. Societa Agricola Sergio Delle Monache’s success at the competition underscores its commitment to maintaining high standards of production and quality in its olive oil offerings.

The winning brands are presented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
