Founded in 1737, Tenuta San Jacopo spans 140 hectares between Chianti Classico and Valdarno Superiore, with 40 hectares dedicated to vineyards, olive groves, and woods. Since 2003, these areas have been cultivated using organic methods. The farm produces olive oil from Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino varieties, with a grove comprising 6,000 trees.
The award-winning Castiglioncelli is a PGI extra virgin olive oil crafted from the Frantoio cultivar, grown in the Tuscan hills.
