Uljara Bozic — Svirce D.O.O, a Croatian olive oil pro­ducer, has achieved recog­ni­tion at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The com­pany was awarded a Gold for its Bozic Uje, an olive oil crafted from the Oblica cul­ti­var. The NYIOOC is the most com­pre­hen­sive annual qual­ity review in the olive oil indus­try, high­light­ing the qual­ity and crafts­man­ship of pro­duc­ers world­wide.

The Bozic Uje is noted for its dis­tinct aroma and fla­vor, char­ac­ter­is­tics attrib­uted to the Oblica olive fruit. This recog­ni­tion under­scores the ded­i­ca­tion and exper­tise of the Bozic fam­ily, who are deeply rooted in the tra­di­tions of olive oil pro­duc­tion.
