Uljara Bozic — Svirce D.O.O, a pro­ducer based in Croatia, has been rec­og­nized at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The com­pany received a Gold Award for their olive oil prod­uct, Bozic Uje.

The win­ning entry, Bozic Uje, is made from the Oblica cul­ti­var. This par­tic­u­lar cul­ti­var is noted for its dis­tinct aroma and fla­vor, which is char­ac­ter­is­tic of the olive fruit.
