V. Atsas Organic Products, an organic farm based in Evrychou, Cyprus, has been rec­og­nized at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The far­m’s Atsas Gold Blend and Atsas Silver Edition received Gold and Silver Awards, respec­tively.

Atsas Gold Blend, which earned the Gold Award, is crafted from a blend of cold-pressed Kalamon and Koroneiki olives. This organic extra vir­gin olive oil is noted for its bit­ter, fruity fla­vor and fresh­ness.

The Atsas Silver Edition, awarded a Silver Award, is a mono­va­ri­etal organic extra vir­gin olive oil made exclu­sively from cold-pressed Koroneiki olives.

V. Atsas Organic Products oper­ates in Cyprus’s buffer zone, adher­ing to agroe­col­ogy and per­ma­cul­ture prac­tices as a cer­ti­fied organic farm. Their olive oil is pro­duced from early-har­vest olives and pressed within 30 min­utes at their olive mill.
