Cold pressed’ is a mar­ket­ing term with lit­tle mean­ing. Most olive oils these days are not pressed but extracted in a cen­trifuge. And no one has ever defined ​‘cold’ for the label­ing term. So ignore it and look for other label indi­ca­tions like a har­vest date to base your selec­tion on.
