Produced in Italy, Galiga e Vetrice is crafted by Oliviers & Co within an olive grove metic­u­lously main­tained by the Grati fam­ily. The olive oil is known for its remark­able purity and inten­sity, char­ac­ter­is­tics that have con­tributed to its recog­ni­tion at the NYIOOC.
