Garisar, an organic Arbequina extra vir­gin olive oil, has been awarded a Gold at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. This pres­ti­gious event is known for rec­og­niz­ing the high­est qual­ity olive oils from around the globe.

Produced by Garisar in Turkey, this extra vir­gin olive oil is noted for its high polyphe­nol con­tent and low acid­ity. The olives used in Garisar are har­vested very early, a prac­tice that helps pre­serve their health­ful and organolep­tic prop­er­ties.

The result­ing prod­uct is a medium inten­sity olive oil with a rich fla­vor and aroma. This char­ac­ter­is­tic pro­file has con­tributed to its recog­ni­tion at the NYIOOC, where it stood out among numer­ous inter­na­tional entries.
