The major olive oil producer Hojiblanca and its “brand ambassador” singer David Bisbal, organized a tasting of extra virgin olive oil in a Hojiblanca laboratory in Antequera (Malaga) which was attended by the winners of a competition held by Hojiblanca on its Facebook page.

The five winners, who were from different parts of Spain, visited the facilities of Hojiblanca to experience the different varieties of extra virgin olive oils sold and the production process, from the selection of different types of olives to their classification, analysis and tasting and through to the bottling stage.

The General Sales and Marketing Manager of Hojiblanca, Cesar Ruesgas, explained that through this new Facebook application Hojiblanca can interact with its community, giving their fans the opportunity to share exclusive meetings with David Bisbal, and learning about the Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oils.


Hojiblanca has an assortment of official profiles on the major social networks collecting over 16,000 fans on Facbook, 2,600 Twitter followers, its own channel on YouTube, profiles on Instagram and Pinterest, where they share recipes and other information.

Hojiblanca products are sold in 60 countries.
