Submissions must be high resolution (at least 1920×1080 pixels) images of the 2018 harvest. Images that include people working on farms and in mills are preferred.

Curtis Cord, the Olive Oil Times publisher and president of the NYIOOC said, “One of the many ways we can recognize the tremendous effort that goes into crafting high-quality olive oils is to show the people at work producing the best products they can.”

Original images can be submitted online from now through December on the Olive Oil Times website.
