The seminar program for the 2014 New York International Olive Oil Competition sold out quickly, with a focus on olive oil product development, brand-building, marketing, and distribution at the International Culinary Center. The program will explore innovative ways for producers, merchants, and marketers to add value and build their businesses, and those wishing to enter their oils in the competition have until March 15 to register online.
It took only a few weeks for all of the tickets to be sold for the seminar program of 2014 New York International Olive Oil Competition, according to the NYIOOC website.
This year’s two-day conference, that runs alongside the competition at the International Culinary Center, will focus on olive oil product development, brand-building, marketing and distribution.
The program will explore highly innovative and practical ways producers, merchants and marketers can add value and build their businesses.
Olive oil producers who wish to enter their oils in the competition have until March 15 to register online.
