The proÂgram will explore innoÂvÂaÂtive ways for proÂducÂers, merÂchants, and marÂketers to add value and build their busiÂnesses, and those wishÂing to enter their oils in the comÂpeÂtiÂtion have until March 15 to regÂisÂter online.
It took only a few weeks for all of the tickÂets to be sold for the semÂiÂnar proÂgram of 2014 New York International Olive Oil Competition, accordÂing to the NYIOOC webÂsite.
This year’s two-day conÂferÂence, that runs alongÂside the comÂpeÂtiÂtion at the International Culinary Center, will focus on olive oil prodÂuct develÂopÂment, brand-buildÂing, marÂketÂing and disÂtriÂbÂuÂtion.
