– whole cooked lobster– extra virgin olive oil– garlic cloves– lemon peel- fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs- celery- mayonaisse
Cook Time: 30 Mins
Place celery, mayonnaise, chives, salt, and minced lemon peel in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Using a slotted spoon, remove the lobster meat from the pot and place it in the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture.
