Samir Bayraktar, Nar Gourmet’s managing director said The purpose of making the mobile olive oil processing unit is to carry the taste from the fields to our table without sacrificing the quality. With this project, high quality olive oil could be made in places with few olive trees where it isn’t financially suitable to build factories.”

Mobile production truck will support small manufacturers, and the regional tastes that have never been noticed until now will be available nationally and internationally,” Bayraktar added.

The new truck was built at a cost of 320,000 Turkish Liras ($144,251) and will travel 4,100 kilometers.
