Olive Oil Times asked farmÂers around the world to share phoÂtos of the 2017 harÂvest via Facebook, Twitter and an online form over the past week.
The images, assemÂbled in a 3‑minute video posted across social netÂworks and on the Olive Oil Times webÂsite, illusÂtrate the hard work and the joy each harÂvest brings to olive farmÂers in the Northern Hemisphere this time of year.
Some farmÂers reported that they had not yet started their harÂvests but would send images once activÂiÂties began. OOT ediÂtors said a secÂond, expanded monÂtage will be proÂduced later in the seaÂson.
