Dark Hollow Farm conÂtinÂues to handÂpick its olives in October while they are still green and mills them on-site within hours of pickÂing. This process ensures the proÂducÂtion of fresh, aroÂmatic blends that have been recÂogÂnized in interÂnaÂtional comÂpeÂtiÂtions.
