Rancho Milagro Wins Gold and Silver at NYIOOC

Recent News

Rancho Milagro, based in the United States, has been recognized at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, securing both Gold and Silver awards for its olive oils. The competition is a significant event in the olive oil industry, highlighting quality and craftsmanship.

Rancho Milagro’s Frantoio, a medium-intensity monovarietal extra virgin olive oil, earned a Gold Award. This oil is produced from estate-grown Frantoio olives, showcasing the producer’s focus on single cultivar production.

In addition, the Rancho Milagro Field Blend received a Silver Award. This blend combines oil from four varieties of olives: Frantoio, Hojiblanca, Coratina, and Picual, reflecting the diversity of Rancho Milagro’s olive groves.

Rancho Milagro began its operations in 2013, planting four olive varieties in the California hills south of Livermore. The producer currently manages approximately 3,000 trees across 16 hectares, sharing its olive oil with individuals, families, and wholesale customers, including restaurants, specialty shops, and wineries.

The winning brands are presented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
