Olio Fonte della Pace, a dis­tin­guished extra vir­gin olive oil, has been awarded a Gold at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. This pres­ti­gious event is known for rec­og­niz­ing the high­est qual­ity olive oils from around the world.

The award-win­ning Olio Fonte della Pace is pro­duced by the Fontanaro Estate, located in Italy. The estate is renowned for its organic blend of olives, which are hand­picked and processed within three hours of har­vest. This rapid pro­cess­ing is con­ducted at their own tech­no­log­i­cally advanced mill, ensur­ing the fresh­ness and qual­ity of the oil.

The Fontanaro Estate’s groves are sit­u­ated on rolling hills that pro­vide a scenic view of Trasimeno Lake. This loca­tion con­tributes to the unique char­ac­ter­is­tics of the olives used in Olio Fonte della Pace. The estate is man­aged by Lucia, Giovanni, and Alina Pinelli, who are com­mit­ted to main­tain­ing high stan­dards in olive oil pro­duc­tion.
