Olio Solum by Azienda Agricola Gioacchini has been rec­og­nized with a Gold award at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. This pres­ti­gious event is known for eval­u­at­ing and hon­or­ing the high­est qual­ity extra vir­gin olive oils from around the globe.

Produced in Italy, Olio Solum is a blend crafted from four dif­fer­ent types of olives grown on the Gioacchini farm. The oil is noted for its fruity pro­file, with dis­tinct notes of bit­ter almonds and herbs. The fla­vor pro­file also includes hints of arti­choke and med­i­c­i­nal herbs, con­tribut­ing to a pleas­antly bit­ter and lively fin­ish.
