The olive oil is the flagÂship prodÂuct of Frantoi Cutrera, a comÂpany based in Italy. The Tonda Iblea olives used in its proÂducÂtion are harÂvested in late September and early October. Primo DOP Monti Iblei was the first Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) olive oil from the Monti Iblei region and is known for its disÂtincÂtive tomato aroma and harÂmonic balÂance.
