The olive oil is the flagship product of Frantoi Cutrera, a company based in Italy. The Tonda Iblea olives used in its production are harvested in late September and early October. Primo DOP Monti Iblei was the first Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) olive oil from the Monti Iblei region and is known for its distinctive tomato aroma and harmonic balance.
