Produced by the Giancarlo Giannini fam­ily in Italy, Vipiano is known for its slightly pun­gent and fruity aroma, cou­pled with a bit­ter, strong taste. The olive oil is pri­mar­ily made from Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino vari­eties, which are cul­ti­vated in the region of Arezzo, Tuscany.
