My olive oil got cold and has crystals in it? Is it still good?

Olive oil will become cloudy when it is cooled and will clear up again at room tem­per­a­ture. Unfiltered olive oil will have some sed­i­ment set­tle on the bot­tom which is nor­mal. Very old olive oil can some­times show a slime that clings to the sides — don’t use it in that case.
