MillPress Picual, pro­duced by Almazara Andres Aguilar, has been rec­og­nized with a Silver award at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. This pres­ti­gious event is known for eval­u­at­ing and award­ing the high­est qual­ity olive oils from around the globe.

The MillPress Picual is crafted in Linares, Spain, by the fam­ily-owned mill Almazara Andres Aguilar. The mill is renowned for pro­duc­ing extra vir­gin olive oils of excep­tional qual­ity, par­tic­u­larly those har­vested early in the sea­son. The focus is on pro­cess­ing green fruit under opti­mal con­di­tions while main­tain­ing low fruit tem­per­a­tures.

Each cul­ti­var used in the pro­duc­tion of MillPress Picual is processed using state-of-the-art Pieralisi milling machines. This advanced tech­nol­ogy ensures that the olive oil is fil­tered imme­di­ately after crush­ing, pre­serv­ing its qual­ity and fla­vor.
