8K Greek Olive Oils, based in Monemvasia, Lakonia, Greece, has won a Gold Award at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The award was given for their 8K Organic Athinoelia, an extra vir­gin olive oil known for its intense aro­matic and fruity char­ac­ter. This marks the fifth con­sec­u­tive year that 8K Greek Olive Oils has been rec­og­nized at the com­pe­ti­tion, hav­ing won one award each year since 2022. Nikos Katsos, CEO, stated, We feel great about con­stantly win­ning Gold Awards for our olive oils. We know what it takes and as far as effort is con­cerned, we will keep doing our best.’ The com­pany focuses on pro­duc­ing organic oils with­out the use of pes­ti­cides, main­tain­ing the purity of their lands.

The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition is the world’s most pres­ti­gious olive oil qual­ity con­test. The win­ning brands are pre­sented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
