Azienda Olivicola Petrazzuoli Wins Gold at NYIOOC

Recent News

Azienda Olivicola Petrazzuoli, based in Italy, has been awarded a Gold Award at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The company’s Fontana Lupo extra virgin olive oil, made from the Frantoio cultivar, was recognized for its slightly fruity taste of green olive.

The Petrazzuoli Company is situated in Ruviano, a small town near Naples, known for its favorable conditions for olive oil production. The company participates in the European Union projects ‘City of Olive Oil’ and ‘High Quality Olive Oil.’

Spanning 17 acres, Azienda Olivicola Petrazzuoli is exclusively cultivated with olive trees, many of which are centuries-old. These trees contribute to the landscape’s distinct color and scent, enhancing the region’s reputation for high-quality olive oil production.

The winning brands are presented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
