Domenica Fiore Secures Multiple Golds at NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition

Recent News

Domenica Fiore, a renowned olive oil producer from Italy, has achieved significant recognition at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The company was awarded three Gold Awards for its organic extra virgin olive oils, highlighting its commitment to quality and transparency.

The winning entries include the Domenica Fiore Olio Novello, which received a Gold Award in the Organic category. This olive oil is a blend made from the first harvest in October, characterized by slightly greener olives and is bottled immediately without filtering.

Another Gold Award was given to Novello di Notte, an organic olive oil made from a small batch press of Leccino and Frantoio estate olives. These olives are collected before the regular harvest season begins, showcasing a unique approach to olive oil production.

The third Gold Award was secured by Olio Reserva, an organic extra virgin olive oil that is a DOP Umbria blend of Leccino, Frantoio, and Moraiolo olives. These olives are harvested by hand, further emphasizing Domenica Fiore’s dedication to artisanal methods.

Domenica Fiore’s success at the World Olive Oil Competition underscores its dedication to producing high-quality, traceable olive oil. The company’s commitment to organic practices and transparency in production continues to be recognized on an international stage.

The winning brands are presented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
