Grumpy Goats Farm Wins Gold at NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition

Grumpy Goats Farm, a fam­ily-owned and oper­ated farm in the United States, has been rec­og­nized at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The farm, man­aged by Pamela Marvel and Stuart Littell, received sev­eral awards for its organic extra vir­gin olive oils.

The far­m’s Organic Nocellara del Belice received a Gold Award. This extra vir­gin olive oil is noted for its fruity pro­file, fea­tur­ing a creamy smooth mouth­feel with dom­i­nant fla­vors of grass, green almond, ripe apple, and flo­ral notes.

Another Gold Award was given to Grumpy Goats Farm​’s Picual. This organic extra vir­gin olive oil is milled from hand-har­vested Picual olives.

The far­m’s Organic Hojiblanca earned a Silver Award. This oil is described as fruity with deep arti­choke and green almond fla­vors.

Additionally, Grumpy Goats Farm’s Coratina also received a Gold Award. This organic extra vir­gin olive oil is pro­duced from Coratina olives, yield­ing a robust Italian-style oil.

The win­ning brands are pre­sented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
