Recent News

Marcum Olive Oil, based in the United States, has achieved Gold Awards at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The awards were given for their Marcum Olive Itrana and Marcum Olive Coratina extra virgin olive oils.

The Marcum Olive Itrana, which received a Gold Award, is crafted from 100-percent estate Itrana olives. These olives are sustainably grown and hand-picked, then pressed within four hours to ensure quality.

Similarly, the Marcum Olive Coratina also earned a Gold Award. This extra virgin olive oil is made from 100-percent Marcum estate Coratina olives, which are also sustainably grown and hand-picked before being pressed within four hours.

Marcum Olive Oil emphasizes sustainable practices in its production process. Their organic Tuscan olive varieties are grown without the use of weed killers or toxic chemicals, promoting a healthy soil balance and protecting surrounding wildlife, including five honey-producing bee hives. The olives are harvested and processed on the Central Coast of California.

The winning brands are presented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
