Recent News

Tenute Caracci, a family-operated farm based in Partanna, Italy, has received a Gold Award at the prestigious New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC). The award was given for their extra virgin olive oil produced from the Nocellara del Belice cultivar.

Located in the district of Trapani, 250 meters above sea level, Tenute Caracci has been in operation for three generations. The farm specializes in the production of extra virgin olive oil, focusing on the Nocellara del Belice variety. This particular cultivar is known for its distinctive green color with golden yellow reflections, characteristics that set it apart from competitors.

The NYIOOC is the most respected olive oil competition globally, recognizing excellence in olive oil production. The Gold Award highlights Tenute Caracci’s commitment to quality and their expertise in cultivating the Nocellara del Belice variety.

This achievement underscores the farm’s dedication to maintaining high standards in olive oil production, contributing to Italy’s reputation as a leading producer of premium olive oils.

The winning brands are presented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
