The Koroneiki vari­ety is known for its high polyphe­nol con­tent, which clas­si­fies it as a super­food. This extra vir­gin olive oil is char­ac­ter­ized by its medium inten­sity, fea­tur­ing hints of green banana and flo­ral notes.
